Your LiNQ ID is a unique 9-digit identifier (e.g. 472-819-305) that serves as your NeoLinQ identity. No phone number or email required. It's generated automatically when you activate.

Can NeoLinQ read my messages?+

No. End-to-end encryption means messages are encrypted on your device and only decrypted on the recipient's device. Our servers never have access to your content.

What is Ghost Mode?+

Ghost Mode lets you set a decoy PIN. If someone forces you to unlock your app, the decoy PIN opens a completely empty app. Your real data remains hidden.

What is Total Wipeout™?+

Triggered by your reverse PIN. Instantly and permanently destroys all data on your device — messages, contacts, media, and settings. Cannot be undone.

What if I lose my phone?+

Your account is protected by your 12-word recovery keyphrase and LiNQ ID. Contact support at myaccount.neolinq.pro with both to transfer to a new device.
